Sweet Potato Mash
Mashed sweet potatoes are a classic and delicious side dish that can be enjoyed all year round. This recipe serves 4 or more and takes only 10 minutes to make after a quick 2-minute prep. With just 1kg of sweet potatoes and 4 tablespoons of butter, you can create a simple accompaniment that is sure to please everyone at the table.

Ingredients:
- 1kg sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 tbsp grasss-fed butter

- To prepare the mashed potatoes, start by boiling them in salted water for about 10 minutes or until they become tender. The duration of boiling depends on the size of the potato cubes. Once done, drain the potatoes well and let them dry out for a few minutes.
- Next, place the potatoes back in the pan and mash them with a fork or masher along with butter. Season the mashed potatoes to taste. Serve them with extra butter and additional seasoning on top. Enjoy your delicious mashed potatoes!
