Chia Pudding
Chia is high in omega 3's, protein and fibre to support healthy digestion and keep tummies satisfied. serve for breakfast or as a satisfying snack. The base recipe will last a few days in the fridge, so you can top with what ever suits your mood!

1. Combine the chia seeds, vanilla and almond milk into
a bowl or jar and mix well.
2. Rest for 15 minutes then give it a good stir to distribute
the chia throughout the milk as it thickens.
3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
4. Serve with your choice of sliced fruits and a drizzle of
coconut milk, pure maple syrup or tahini.
TOPPING IDEAS: Drizzle with black tahini and garnish with marigold petals.
Top with stewed apple then top with flaked almonds and
cinnamon for a delicious apple pie chia pudding.Enjoy x
