Nutrient Dense Green Dip

This dip is not only delicious but also healthy as it is rich in protein and healthy fats. Our Nutrient Dense Green Dip is made with nutritious ingredients like anchovy fillets and capers, which are sources of omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory compounds. Additionally, the dip contains plain Greek yoghurt, which is high in protein. This versatile dip can be served with crudité, drizzled over salad, or used as a sauce with our famous sardine fishcakes. It is an excellent way to introduce children to the flavours of fish.

Ingredients:

  • 50g anchovy fillets packed in oil
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 spring onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon drained capers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt

Make:

  1. Combine all ingredients but yogurt in a blender until liquified. If you need to, you can add one tablespoon of yogurt to help it blend.
  2. Mix through Greek yogurt and serve chilled.
  3. Dip will keep for up to 2 days, refrigerated.
