INGREDIENTS
METHOD
- Soak seeds over night in filtered water.
- Strain and drain the seeds well.
- Preheat the oven to 110c
- Add the seeds to blender along with salt and pulse to mix and break up the seeds
- Spread the mixture thinly over a baking sheet or lined baking tray
- Bake for until crispy on both sides (usually about an hour). Turn over if needed.
- Break into crackers
